Hi, I’m Tessa. I hope you’ve enjoyed exploring my portfolio. Let me tell you a little bit more about myself. Before studying UX design, I worked in various facets of customer service and sales. I found myself in service positions that required rigorous communication, which gave me an advantage when learning about user issues and creating solutions. I really value my freedom and the ability to express myself creatively, which is why I decided to learn UX design. I’ll always love helping people, and UX gives me the opportunity to utilize the variety of skills I have in a new way.
With my past experience, I understand the importance of balancing the different demands that can be present between a business and their consumers. I am excited to work with a team because I know my skills will grow exponentially with more collaboration and feedback. Although I can be untraditional in my approach, I really value learning new things, which resulted in being self-taught and self-motivated in my pursuit of new experiences and knowledge. I love UX in general, but have a special passion for the spaces where design and sustainability intersect, and of course, astrology.
